Summary
This study compares Pilates exercises to conventional therapy for young adults aged 18–25 with mild, non-specific low back pain. Over six weeks, participants will do either Pilates or standard exercises three times a week. Researchers will measure changes in posture, core strength, and flexibility to see which approach works better.
