Knee pain study tests which therapy works best

Summary

This study compares two different physiotherapy programs for people with patellofemoral pain syndrome (front knee pain). The goal is to see which approach—based on manual therapy and muscle training—provides better pain relief and knee function. 46 participants with knee pain lasting at least one month will be enrolled. The study does not involve medication or surgery.
