Summary
This study looked at whether a special exercise program after a type of spinal surgery (selective dorsal rhizotomy) helps non-walking children with cerebral palsy improve their trunk control and arm function. Ninety children aged 4 to 7 who could sit with support took part. The training focused on strengthening the trunk and upper body to build on the benefits of surgery.
