Summary

This study tested whether adding action observation therapy (watching movements) to standard physical therapy helps people with Parkinson's disease walk better and reduce freezing of gait. 42 participants aged 50-80 with mild to moderate Parkinson's took part. The approach aims to improve mobility and balance by combining physical practice with visual cues.
