Summary
This study tested whether adding action observation therapy (watching videos of movements) to standard physical therapy helps people with Parkinson's disease who experience freezing of gait. 42 participants aged 50-80 with mild to moderate Parkinson's took part. The goal was to see if this approach improves walking and reduces the risk of falls.
