Could an MRI scan predict if your back pain will improve with physical therapy?
NCT ID NCT04134910
Summary
This study aimed to understand why physical therapy helps some people with back pain but not others. Researchers planned to use special MRI scans to measure changes in spinal discs before and after a 6-week physical therapy program. The goal was to see if these scan results could predict which patients' pain and mobility would improve with therapy.
