New study: a coach and a nurse may help dialysis patients get moving

Summary
This study tests whether personalized support from an exercise teacher and a nurse can help people on hemodialysis become more physically active at home. The study will include 70 adults who have been on dialysis for less than a year. The goal is to see if this support leads to lasting improvements in activity levels.
