New study: personalized coaching gets dialysis patients moving

Summary
This study tests whether one-on-one support from a specially trained nurse and an exercise teacher can help people on hemodialysis become more physically active at home. The study will include 70 adults who have been on dialysis for less than a year. Researchers will measure activity levels after 6 months to see if the personalized approach leads to lasting improvements.
