Exercise boosts Well-Being in breast cancer survivors, new study shows

Summary

This study is testing whether a 12-week physical activity program can improve quality of life and reduce pain in women with early-stage hormone receptor positive breast cancer who are on hormone therapy. About 44 participants will join an exercise program and fill out questionnaires to measure changes in their well-being. The goal is to see if staying active helps patients feel better during and after treatment.
