This study tested a personalized exercise program (walking and strength exercises) in 4 children aged 5-17 with advanced cancer that could not be cured. The goal was to see if the program was safe and tolerable, and to find the right amount of exercise for each child. The study used a standard drug-trial method to slowly increase exercise intensity, checking for discomfort after each session.
