Paramedic students get fit: study tests 8-Week exercise boost

Summary

This study looks at whether a regular, 8-week exercise program can improve physical fitness and quality of life for paramedic students. About 60 students will be randomly assigned to either the exercise group or a control group. The program includes exercises to build endurance, strength, and flexibility, with results measured after 8 weeks and again 3 months later.
