Summary
This study tested a personalized exercise program for children aged 5 to 17 with advanced cancer that cannot be cured. The program included walking on a treadmill and muscle-strengthening exercises, with the goal of seeing if it is safe and tolerable. Only 4 children took part, and the study focused on finding the right amount of exercise for each child based on their physical ability.
