First seen May 04, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looked at whether doing special exercises before colorectal cancer surgery helps people recover better afterward. 761 adults scheduled for surgery were split into two groups: one received prehabilitation training instructions, and the other got standard care. The main goal was to see if the exercise group had better physical recovery after their operation.
