Summary
This study tested a light-based treatment called antimicrobial photodynamic therapy (aPDT) on diabetic foot ulcers. 94 people with infected foot wounds received either aPDT or a placebo. The goal was to see if aPDT improves wound healing and quality of life. Results are not yet published.
