First seen Nov 06, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tests whether whole-body photobiomodulation (a type of light therapy) helps professional soccer players recover faster, reduce muscle soreness, and improve performance during an 8-week championship. Twenty-four male players aged 18-35 will receive either real or sham light treatments. The goal is to see if this non-invasive approach can ease muscle fatigue and enhance strength and jump height.
