First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study looks at whether photobiomodulation (light therapy) can improve muscle recovery after high-intensity exercise in female futsal players. Fifteen athletes aged 18-35 will receive either real or placebo light treatment, then perform sprint and endurance tests. Researchers will measure performance and perceived effort to see if the therapy helps them bounce back faster.
