Summary
This study tests whether low-level laser therapy (photobiomodulation) can reduce fatigue and improve quality of life in 40 adults with chronic fatigue syndrome. Participants will receive either active laser or a sham treatment three times a week for eight weeks. Researchers will measure changes in fatigue, pain, sleep, and daily function over a year.
