Phone calls for fitness: can coaching speed recovery after lung cancer surgery?

Summary
This study is testing if telephone coaching to encourage physical activity helps older adults recover better from lung cancer surgery. It will compare a coaching program to just giving out educational materials. The goal is to see if the coaching improves patients' walking ability, strength, and overall recovery, while also supporting their family caregivers.
