Summary

This small pilot study is testing whether smartphone apps can help people quit smoking. Researchers are comparing a positive psychology skills app to a simple breathing relaxation app. All participants are also receiving standard smoking cessation treatment from a clinic. The main goal is to see if people find the apps easy to use and helpful.
