Can an app teach you to breathe better at night?
NCT ID NCT06905951
Summary
This study is comparing two ways to teach mouth and throat exercises for people with sleep apnea and snoring. One group uses a mobile phone app, while the other uses a printed guide. Researchers will measure changes in snoring, sleep quality, and breathing to see which method works better for helping people stick with the exercises.
