Can a phone app keep teen athletes from getting hurt?
NCT ID NCT07221305
Summary
This study tested whether a 6-week exercise program delivered through a smartphone app could help high school athletes move better and reduce their risk of injury. Researchers measured how often 19 athletes used the app and checked their agility and movement quality before and after the program. The goal was to see if this kind of convenient, app-based training is practical and effective for young athletes.
