Summary
This study aims to find the best combination of tests to spot pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) earlier in people who have interstitial lung disease (scarring of the lungs). Researchers will gather detailed health information from 300 participants through various scans, blood tests, and questionnaires to build a better screening checklist. The goal is to create a tool that helps doctors identify this serious complication sooner, when treatment might be more effective.
