Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called PHIN-214 in 74 adults with mild-to-moderate liver cirrhosis (Child-Pugh A or B). The goal is to find a safe dose and see how the body handles the drug. It is an early-phase trial focused on safety, not a cure.
