Summary

This study looks at a device called the PHIL Embolic System, which is like a medical glue, to treat a rare brain condition in children under 22. The condition involves abnormal connections between arteries and veins in the brain. The goal is to see if the glue is safe and can block the abnormal blood flow. About 15 children will take part.
