New drug cocktail shows promise for Tough-to-Treat myeloma

Summary
This study tests a combination of four drugs (carfilzomib, lenalidomide, dexamethasone, and daratumumab) given before and after a stem cell transplant for people with multiple myeloma that has come back after previous treatments. The goal is to see if this intensive approach can help more patients achieve complete remission. The trial involves 41 adults aged 18 to 75 who have had 1 to 3 prior treatments.
