New chemo injection targets tumors directly in early trial

Summary
This early-phase study is testing a new chemotherapy drug (JNJ-1761981) that is injected directly into tumors in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to find a safe and effective dose, and to see if it can shrink the treated tumors. About 66 participants will take part in this study.
