This early-stage study is testing a new treatment called JNJ-87704916, a virus designed to infect and destroy cancer cells. It is given as an injection directly into the tumor, either alone or with another drug (cetrelimab). The study aims to find the safest dose and see if it shrinks tumors in people with advanced solid cancers who have run out of standard options. About 96 adults with certain types of advanced cancer will take part.
