Pharmacists step up to help women with HIV overcome Life's hurdles

NCT ID NCT06411223

Summary

This study is testing a new support program led by pharmacists to help women with HIV who face social challenges like housing or food insecurity. The program uses telehealth to help these women switch from daily pills to a long-acting injectable HIV medication and stay on track with their treatment. Researchers want to see if this approach is practical, acceptable to patients, and helps them successfully start and maintain their new medication regimen.
