New study aims to boost heart failure care for veterans

Summary
This study looks at ways to help pharmacists manage heart failure medications more often for veterans. About 400 pharmacists from 22 VA sites will take part. Some will get extra education and feedback, while others will get education alone. The goal is to see which method leads to more medication adjustments and better heart failure care.
