Summary

This study tests an inhaled powder called treprostinil palmitil for people with high blood pressure in the lungs caused by scarring lung disease. About 344 adults will receive either the drug or a placebo once daily for 24 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug helps them walk farther in 6 minutes.
