Summary

This study aims to find how often genetic changes linked to Progressive Familial Intrahepatic Cholestasis (PFIC) occur in adults with unexplained bile flow problems. Researchers will collect health information and blood samples from 150 adults across Spain during a single visit. The goal is to help doctors diagnose PFIC more clearly and create personalized treatment plans.
