New hope for Hard-to-Treat endometrial cancer: pfizer launches phase 3 trial

Summary
This study tests a new experimental drug (PF-08634404) combined with chemotherapy against an approved drug (pembrolizumab) plus chemotherapy in adults with advanced or recurrent MMR-proficient endometrial cancer. About 600 women will be randomly assigned to one of two groups and receive treatment through IV infusions. The goal is to see if the new combination helps delay cancer growth or improve survival.
