Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called PF-08046050 in people with advanced solid tumors (cancers that have spread or can't be removed). The drug is designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose. About 914 adults with cancers like colorectal, lung, or stomach cancer are taking part.
