Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug, PF-07994525, in about 120 adults with advanced multiple myeloma that has come back or not responded to treatment. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the right dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. The study has two parts: first, finding a safe dose, then testing that dose in more people.
