New PET tracer may spot hidden breast cancer spread

Summary
This study tests whether a newer PET tracer, 68Ga-FAPI-46, can find more cancer spots than the standard tracer in people with ER-positive breast cancer. About 20 women with advanced or recurrent breast cancer will get both types of scans. The goal is to see if the new tracer leads to more accurate staging and better treatment decisions.
