New scan could reveal if chemo reaches deadly pancreatic cancer

Summary

This study is testing a new type of PET scan to see if it can show how much of a standard chemotherapy drug actually gets into pancreatic tumors. Researchers will scan about 30 patients with pancreatic cancer before they start treatment. The goal is to gather information that could help doctors better plan and personalize chemotherapy in the future.
