Can new PET scans spot hidden prostate cancer?

Summary
This study tests whether special PET scans can better find where prostate cancer has spread in the body. About 300 men with progressive prostate cancer will get two types of PET scans to see if the new method is more accurate than standard scans. The goal is to improve how doctors detect cancer spread, not to treat the disease.
