First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study looks at how PET/CT scans change during chemoimmunotherapy and radiation therapy in people with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer. Researchers want to see if these scan changes can help predict how well the cancer responds to treatment. About 80 participants who have not yet received chemotherapy or immunotherapy for their advanced lung cancer will be enrolled.
