First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests whether a personalized cancer vaccine, combined with an immunotherapy drug (atezolizumab) and chemotherapy, is safe for people with pancreatic cancer that has been surgically removed. About 29 participants will receive the vaccine, which is custom-made based on their tumor's unique features. The goal is to see if this approach can help control the disease and prevent it from coming back.
