Summary
This study is testing whether adding a personalized cancer vaccine to standard immunotherapy helps prevent melanoma from returning after surgery. It involves 267 people with high-risk melanoma who have had their cancer completely removed. The goal is to see if the combination treatment keeps patients cancer-free longer than the standard treatment alone.
