Tailored therapy: a new approach for youth bipolar care

NCT ID NCT05153369

Summary

This study is testing a more flexible, personalized approach to therapy for teens and young adults who have bipolar disorder or are at risk for it because a close family member has it. Instead of a one-size-fits-all program, it offers three different levels of therapy intensity, from light support to more intensive sessions. The goal is to match the right amount of therapy to each person's current symptoms, risk factors, and personal preferences, and to see how well this flexible model works.
