Summary
This study is testing a personalized approach for people with severe, hard-to-classify inflammatory diseases that affect multiple organs and have not responded to standard treatments. Researchers will analyze each patient's unique molecular pathways to select a targeted therapy from a list of approved drugs. The goal is to see if this precision medicine approach can effectively control the disease and improve symptoms over a six-month treatment period.
