Smartphone app and coaching aim to stop suicidal thoughts
NCT ID NCT06809348
Summary
This study is testing a new, personalized coaching program called PRECISE for adults at high risk of suicide. It uses daily smartphone check-ins to understand what triggers each person's suicidal thoughts, then tailors coping skills and safety plans specifically for them. Researchers are comparing two versions of the program to see if more frequent personalization leads to better results in reducing suicidal thoughts.
