Summary
This study aims to find the best surgical treatment for children with obstructive sleep apnea who have small tonsils. Researchers will compare a new, personalized surgical plan based on a detailed sleep scan against the standard surgery of removing the tonsils and adenoids. The goal is to see which approach more effectively improves breathing during sleep and quality of life for children aged 2 to 17.
