AI-Powered letters aim to calm skin cancer worries
NCT ID NCT07330323
Summary
This study tests whether personalized discharge letters help low-risk skin cancer patients feel more reassured and knowledgeable after screening. Researchers will compare standard verbal advice against tailored written letters, some with visual aids, for 150 patients. The goal is to improve understanding of personal risk and confidence in self-monitoring between doctor visits.
