Summary
This study is testing a personalized, high-dose radiation schedule for people with advanced head and neck cancer who cannot have standard treatments. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors more effectively and provide better pain and symptom relief, while aiming to keep side effects low. The treatment uses advanced planning technology to target the tumor precisely and can adapt if the tumor changes during therapy.
