Summary

This study is testing a more personalized approach to radiation therapy given after surgery for head and neck cancer. The goal is to see if doctors can safely target radiation to smaller, specific areas to reduce common and severe side effects, without increasing the risk of the cancer coming back. It will involve 50 patients who have had surgery and need follow-up radiation.
