Summary

This study tests whether using mobile health technology to personalize OCD symptom tracking can improve therapy for children and teens aged 8-17. Researchers will compare personalized cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to standard CBT in 30 participants. The goal is to see if the personalized approach is more effective and acceptable for youth and their parents.
