Summary

This study is testing if a simple saliva test can identify which people with obesity are most likely to respond well to the weight loss medication semaglutide. Researchers will compare weight loss in people who test positive or negative on the saliva test while taking the drug or a placebo. The goal is to create a more personalized, effective treatment plan for obesity.
