This study is testing a personalized radiation approach called PULSAR for people with lung cancer or lung metastases located in the central chest area. The goal is to see if this method can safely treat these hard-to-reach tumors without losing effectiveness. About 30 adults with tumors between 1.5 and 5 cm will receive specially timed radiation doses, and researchers will monitor tumor response and survival.
