Summary

This study tests a personalized program combining lifestyle changes (exercise, diet, sleep, social activities), a weight-loss medication (semaglutide) for those who are overweight, and optional brain stimulation for depression. The goal is to improve mental functioning in 140 adults with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depressive disorder. Participants are randomly assigned to the personalized program or a standard education group, and results are measured after 3 months.
